The Moonlit Pavilion of the Weaving Maiden (Zhinü and Niulang) A serene lake reflecting the glow of a full moon, surrounded by a willow-lined courtyard in the style of an ancient Chinese palace. At the heart of the lake, a delicate wooden pavilion with red lanterns and intricate golden carvings stands on stilts, its silhouette mirrored perfectly in the still water. The air is filled with the faint scent of jasmine and magnolia blossoms. Inside the pavilion, a graceful celestial maiden, clothed in flowing white silk embroidered with silver stars, sits at a wooden loom, weaving threads of gold and moonlight into the fabric of the night sky. A gentle mist swirls around the pavilion, while a bridge of glowing stardust begins to form above, symbolizing the legendary Qixi Festival—the yearly reunion of the Weaving Maiden (Zhinü) and the Cowherd (Niulang). Fireflies flicker like fallen stars, and the soft notes of a guqin (古琴, Chinese zither) echo through the air, carrying the melody of a love that transcends time and space.
