The photo shows a slavic street with high industrial looking buildings. Many of the buildings have broken windows. The road is a cobblestone road covered with a layer of snow. All the people have left, so there is no people or cars visible in the picture. On the left side street there is a corner store with all the windows being covered up by newspapers and a sign on the door saying "help wanted". Since the windows are covered up you cant see any lights inside the store. Next to the store's door is a single old broken down doll with one eye missing. Above the street there are hanging lights on wires which are turned off and dont emit any light, most likely to save on energy. The weather is dark and snowy with limited visibility.
